The favorites feature, hearts, make it easy to follow (and list) and manage the items that are relevant. The items with the most hearts are shown on top.
NOTE! Only the items with hearts (apps, displays, flows) are shown by default.
You can use the filters to look for items without hearts:

When a new item (app, display or flow) is created by you it will receive two hearts ♥️♥️ by default.
When an item is created by someone else, it will receive one heart by default.

The company super admin can adjust the default for the items that other users create
