Content appears too small on the screen

Images and other content are displayed pixel by pixel. This means the content's dimensions are adjusted to fit the screen's resolution, ensuring that each pixel is accurately placed.

Example of Content that Doesn't Fill the Screen

  • Image: In this example the image is 1441 x 809 pixels.Images are always displayed in their original quality, at their native resolution. On higher-resolution screens (FullHD or 4K) the image is centered on the screen, as shown here:

How to fix the Content Size issue

Check Image Size

  • Ensure that the images you upload are of high quality. If you encounter an error message indicating that the file size is too small, consider resizing the image to a higher resolution.

Full HD (1920x1080 pixels) and 4K (3840x2160 pixels) are the standard screen resolutions.

Use PDF Format

  • For presentations and documents, consider uploading them as PDF files. PDF files often originate from presentations like PowerPoint, which are designed to fit screen sizes, resulting in a good viewing experience.
