How to Delete a Display
Go to All Displays and open the display you want to delete
Go to the Actions tab
Click Delete Display and confirm
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
When to Delete a Display
The media player has been decommissioned due to malfunction or end-of-life
You have discontinued the subscription
💡 If you have an annual subscription, it can be transferred to a new display once the old one has been deleted from the Dashboard.
When NOT to Delete a Display
The display is moving to a new location Simply rename the display to reflect its new location. If ownership needs to be transferred, contact support@valota.live.
The display is temporarily out of use Leave it in the Dashboard until you need it again. If you are on a monthly plan, billing will be paused automatically while the display is turned off.
