How to Transfer App, Flow, or Display Ownership

Learn how to transfer ownership of Apps, Flows, or Displays to another user in your organization.

Ownership transfers are handled by the Valotalive support team.

To request a transfer:

Contact support via chat or email support@valota.live with the details of what you'd like transferred and the new owner's information.

If the App requires authorization (e.g., it connects to an external service like Google Slides or Power BI), the new owner must re-authorize it after the transfer — otherwise the content will stop updating on your displays.
