Valotalive Apps have to be approved in the Azure AD Gallery (Steps to do)
OR
The Global Admin makes the first authentication AND a user can authenticate the App on behalf of the organization
What are API permissions?
API permissions are used for authorizing the Azure AD application to access API resources. Valotalive will ask for the following permissions for the Microsoft Apps:
MS Power BI
For MS Power BI access Valotalive will ask for the following permissions as Delegated
User.Read
Dashboard.Read.All
Report.Read.All
Workspace.Read.All
M365 Excel & PowerPoint
For MS Excel and PowerPoint access Valotalive will ask for the following permissions as Delegated:
Files.Read.All
offline_access
User.Read
MS Teams
For MS Teams access Valotalive will ask for the following permissions
as Application
Channel.ReadBasic.All
ChannelMember.Read.All
ChannelMessageRead.All
Group.Read.All
