How to Activate an Emergency Alert
Open Emergency Messages
Go to the left-side menu and click Emergency Messages.
Write Your Message
Enter your alert text in the message box (maximum 8,000 characters).
💡 Keep frequently used messages saved in an external document — Valotalive does not store previous messages.
Select Your Displays
Hover over display groups to browse individual displays or groups. Click to select — selected displays highlight with a color change.
Activate the Alert
Click Set Emergency Message to Selected Displays.
Selected displays will immediately switch to white text on a red background.
Once seleced the displays will turn RED with WHITE TEXT displaying your message.
