Setting the emergency alerts on
Choose Emergency Messages from the navigation menu on the left and click to open.
Write your emergency message (max 8000 characters)
Type in your message to the box:
Tip! Store the most frequently used messages in a document that you have quick access to. You cannot store any messages in Valotalive service.
Select the displays for your emergency message
By hovering your mouse on top of the display group boxes you can choose one display or a group of displays. Color changes tell you which display or group of displays you have selected.
Click to choose a display OR a group of displays:
Set the emergency message
Click the SET EMERGENCY MESSAGE TO SELECTED _ DISPLAYS button to activate the emergency alert on chosen displays:
The display(s) will turn to RED with WHITE TEXT showing your message:
And this is how it will show on chosen displays:
