Setting the emergency alerts on
Navigate to Emergency Messages
Go to the the left-side menu
Click to open the Emergency Messages option
Write Your Message
Enter your emergency message in the provided box. (Maximum 8000 characters)
Tip: Keep frequently used messages in an easily accessible document. Valotalive doesn't store messages.Write your emergency message (max 8000 characters)
Select Displays
Hover over display group boxes to choose individual displays or groups
The selected display or group will be highlighted with a color change.
Click to select a display or group of displays
Set the Emergency Message on
Click the SET EMERGENCY MESSAGE TO SELECTED _ _ DISPLAYS button to activate the alert.
The selected displays will turn RED with WHITE TEXT displaying your message.
