Subscribing to Valotalive
1. Add a credit card
Before activating your service, you'll need to set up a payment method.
Add your credit card in your Valotalive dashboard under My Account | Account

2. Activate your displays
Once your hardware is ready, you can activate your displays. Valotalive is compatible with Chrome OS, Windows, and Samsung Tizen SoC displays.

3. Choose a subscription plan
Valotalive offers two main plans to choose from:
Starter: Best for displays that show content from less than three (3) Apps. Your displays are placed on the Starter Monthly plan by default.
Awesome: Offers Unlimited use of Apps and is the best choice if you have many apps you want to pull content from to your displays.
You can change a single Display from Starter to Awesome or vice versa at any time.

Annual plans offer the best value. When you pay yearly, you save significantly on your subscription—effectively getting about two months of free service every year.

Important Note: You cannot mix monthly and annual plans for your displays. All your active displays must be on either a monthly or an annual billing cycle.

How to check your Displays subscription
You can easily verify the plan assigned to each of your displays:
Go to Displays in your dashboard.
Locate the display and open its details by clicking on it.
Choose SUBSCRIPTION on the left-side panel to view the information.
