The Dashboard’s main page has been updated with a refreshed look & feel. You can now monitor the status of Apps, Flows, and Displays directly from the main page and have quick access to the items.

Valotalive Content Network provides a comprehensive overview of status information on the connections between Apps, Flows, and Displays. You can now get an even faster snapshot of your complete fleet.

How it works:

You can find Content Network in a new tab on the left-hand side in the navigation bar.

The Content Network visualization illustrates the connected relationships between items (Apps, Flows, Displays).

Interactive exploration is enabled: hovering or clicking on an element filters the view and highlights its connections to other elements within the network. Clicking the element again resets the filters.

Valotalive now integrates with SAP Analytics Cloud, making it possible to display live SAP dashboards (stories) on your Digital Signage displays. Instantly see how key metrics like sales, production quality, or logistics performance are trending.

Early access is available upon request.

The listing page for new apps has been significantly improved with a refreshed design and powerful new features. You'll now find a convenient search bar, filtering options, and a visually engaging presentation.

To preview your display's content, navigate to the 'Layout' tab within the display settings. The display preview provides a close approximation (data might not be up to date) of the actual display, excluding videos and some applications such as Power BI.

You can use the provided buttons to navigate to the next content (page/post) or switch to the next running application.

The new 'Download Player Apps' tab provides quick access to the latest supported player applications. Find detailed app information, download links, and direct links to web stores like the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Store.

Claim Display is used to link your screen to your Valotalive account. The Claim Display tab has been moved to a more accessible location based on its importance. Additionally, we've updated the user interface with a clean and modern design and refined the process to enhance usability.

The new ‘Tools’ tab consolidates previously scattered features, simplifying your workflow. Depending on your access level, you can now find: Manage Display Groups, Fleet Overview, Overlay Apps, My Display, Usage Data, New Players, and Legacy Claim all in one place.

Introducing enhanced organizational management: We've added 'Edit Permissions' and 'Move Users' capabilities within 'My Company' -> 'Organizations'.

‘Edit Permissions’

Allows users to manage permissions within assigned organizational groups (their group or a group below them)

‘Move users’

Allows users to assign ‘unassigned personnel’ to their organizational groups or sub-groups.

Allows to move users between their organizational group and sub-groups.
