Valotalive offers a Windows Digital Signage Player application specifically designed to turn Windows devices into digital signage displays. Here's a quick rundown of what it offers:

What you'll need - the prerequisites

  • Windows PC (media player)

    • System Requirements:

      • OS: Windows 10 version 14316.0 or higher

      • Architecture: x64


Get the Valotalive Digital Signage Player app for Windows

From your Valotalive dashboard, click 'Get Player apps'

Valotalive Digital Signage is compatible with ChromeOS, Windows and Samsung Tizen OS.

Select the Windows player application.

You will then have two (2) options for installation:

Install from the Microsoft Store

Click 'Install' to be taken to the Microsoft Store and download the application.

After downloading from the Store, click 'Open' to launch Valotalive

Direct Download

Click 'Download' (two options to choose from).

The player application will automatically download and launch.

After successfully completing either installation method, the Valotalive Player App will open full screen on your computer.

Claiming (pairing) a media player with Valotalive

The claim process means linking your media player device to your Valotalive account. Think of it like registering your device with a service.

This essentially connects the player to the Valotalive platform, allowing it to receive and display the digital signage content you manage through your Valotalive account.

It is possible to access the navigation menu, in case needed, by pressing "Alt".

The following items can be found in the application's navigation menu:

  1. File

    • Exit

  2. View

    • Reload

    • Force Reload

    • Developer Tools

    • Full Screen

  3. Window

    • Minimize

    • Zoom

    • Close

  4. Autostart

    • Enabled / Disabled
      Change the setting to Enabled. Setting is Disabled by default.

      Once enabled, the auto-start will open the app automatically after the user logs in to the Windows.
