Before You Start
Ask yourself: Has this ever worked before?
Never worked → You likely need to add your email address to the app settings - see No Access to My Content Channel
Worked before but stopped → Your access link may have expired — see Access Link Has Expired
No Access to My Content Channel
If you see an access error, like the one below, your email address may not have been added to the channel settings.
How to set up access to My Content Channel
Go to the Valotalive Dashboard and open Apps
Find the correct My Content Channel app and open it
Go to the Configuration tab
Add your email address in the required field
Click Save
After saving, you can publish content using the Use button or via the invitation link sent from no-reply@valota.live.
My Content Channel uses a user-specific access link, not a password — unless you have separately added one via the Settings of the My Content Channel .
Access Link Has Expired
If My Content Channel was working before but you are now seeing an access error, try one of the following:
Go to Apps and click Use on the My Content Channel app
or
Open the app and go to the Actions tab, then click Use App
or
Ask a colleague with access to send you a new invite link from the channel's Settings
File Is Not Uploading
My Content Channel supports files up to 330 MB. Upload failures can also be caused by a slow or unstable network connection.
Check that your file is under 330 MB
If it exceeds 330 MB, compress the file before uploading
Make sure you have a stable network connection
Try uploading again
If your file is within the size limit and your connection is stable but the file still isn't appearing on screen, contact support@valota.live.
