How to split screen time between a shared Flow and local content?

Show a shared Flow via a Display Group alongside a local app on one display — with different screen time weights for each.

How It Works

Content screen time is controlled by weights. By assigning a shared Flow via a Display Group with a low weight and adding local content directly to the display, you can control how much screen time each gets.

Example: 20% to a company-wide Flow and 80% to a local My Content app.

How to show a shared Flow via a Display Group alongside a local app assigned to one display only

Step 1 - Assign the shared Flow via Display group

Assign the shared Flow (e.g. "Company Common Flow") to the Display group and set its weight to Very Low.

Step 2 - Assign the Local App Directly to the Display

With the Add an App option available, assign your local app directly to the display.

Content Weight

When you add an app directly to a display, its content weight is automatically set to Normal and cannot be changed. To adjust content weight, modify the Flow settings via the Display Group.
