Before You Start
Check these two things first:
• Is the content active? Go to your flow and confirm your post is scheduled with the correct start and end dates.
• Is the time zone correct? Scheduling uses the time zone of the display itself — make sure the display’s time zone is set correctly in its settings.
Issue 1 — Expired content is still showing on screen
If your display is showing an old post instead of the current scheduled content, the data flow between the display and server may have been interrupted.
Fix: Perform a hard reload on the display.
1. Go to Displays and select your display
2. Open the Remote Control tab
3. Click Hard reload
Issue 2 — Scheduled content isn’t appearing in a Flow
If a scheduled post is part of a Flow but isn’t showing, it may be a temporary imbalance in how the Flow distributes screen time — especially after a new app has been added.
Fix:
• Wait a few minutes for the system to recalibrate
• Check the weight assigned to the app in the Flow — if it’s set too low, the content gets less screen time and may appear to be missing
Issue 3 — Content is showing at the wrong time
Possible causes:
• The start/end dates or times are incorrect
Fix:
4. Open the Flow and check the schedule for the relevant app
5. Use the Test Clock tool (top right corner of the Flow editor) to simulate how the schedule looks at different times.
6. Adjust the schedule if needed and save
Best practices for reliable scheduling
• Keep Flows lean — too many apps in one Flow means less screen time per app, which can make content appear to be missing when it’s simply lower in the queue
• Use weights to prioritize the most important content
• Always verify start and end dates after saving, especially when scheduling recurring content like a lunch menu
