How to create Display Group Categories
Can't access this page?
Your account may not have permission to manage Display Groups. Contact your company Admin - you can find their name under My Company → Organisation - and ask them to grant you the necessary permissions.Click Add to create a new Display Group Category header
Enter the category name (e.g. "Location", "Audience", "Department")
These category headers are the top-level labels. In the next step, you will add specific group names (tags) under each category — for example, Category: Location → Tag: "New York".
Repeat for each category you need
Your completed Display Group Categories will look like this.

Next Step – Assign Displays to Display Groups
Once your categories are created, assign your displays to the relevant groups by adding tags.
Customizing the Display Order
Use the Order setting to control how displays are grouped in the Fleet Overview and Emergency Messages tabs.
Drag and drop rows to reorder the categories
The order also affects the column order in the Manage Display Groups view
The Manage Display Groups view is visible to the Super Admin by default. Access can be granted to others through assigned permissions.
