Why is my Display showing only a logo or blank screen?

If your display is online but showing only a logo and display name, content has not been assigned yet or the assigned Flow is empty.

Why It Happens

A display shows only the logo and display name when:

  • No app or Flow has been assigned to it

  • A Flow is assigned but contains no actve content apps

No App or Flow Assigned

  1. Go to Displays and open the display

  2. Go to the Contents tab and confirm whether an app or Flow is assigned

  3. If nothing is assigned, add content:

Flow Assigned but No Active Content Apps

If a Flow is assigned but the display still shows only the logo, the Flow may be empty.
