An interactive touch screen, or a mouse connected by Bluetooth to the screen or media player
Viewers answer by touching the screen or clicking with the mouse, so one of these inputs is required.
The Questionnaire app is an early access feature with a cost. A free trial is available. If you can’t find the app in the Dashboard, contact support@valota.live.
How to activate the Questionnaire App
Go to Apps and click + New App
Search for Questionnaire
Click Activate
Name your app.
If you run questionnaires regularly and want monthly results, start the name with the period you are analysing (yy-mm), followed by the use case. For example: 26-11 Canteen feedback
Choose a Theme that matches your brand
Configuration
Open the app’s Configuration tab and set the following.
Setting | Description |
Questionnaire name | The heading of the answer report. Use the same name as the app so you can identify it later |
Your access URL to the answers | The link where you check the results |
Question | The question shown above the choices |
Logo | Shown in the top right corner of both the question view and the thank you view |
Choices | From 2 to 16 choices, shown in the order you set. Each has a text and an optional image |
Cooperation logos | Up to 6 partner logos, shown in order. Each choice gets an “In cooperation with:” section, and the logos repeat on the thank you view |
Cooperation heading | The heading above the cooperation logos. Leave empty to use the default “In cooperation with:” |
Thank you heading | Shown after a choice is made. Leave empty to use the default “Thank you!” |
Thank you message | Optional message below the thank you heading. Line breaks are kept |
Thank you duration | How long the thank you view stays on screen before the question returns |
