The Multiview App splits your screen into zones, each showing different content simultaneously. Find it under Apps and add it to a Flow or assign it directly to a display.
How to Activate the Multiview App
Go to Apps in the Valotalive Dashboard
Find the Multiview App and click to activate it
Configuration
Select a Theme
Choose the default theme or customize colors and fonts to match your preferences.
Add Your Content
In the Configuration tab, click + to add the apps you want to display in each zone.
đĄ Start typing the app name to narrow down the selection from the drop-down menu.
The order of apps determines their position on screen - the first app goes in Zone 1, the second in Zone 2, and so on. Use the arrows to reorder apps.
Choose a Layout
Select a layout that matches your screen orientation and the number of zones you needSee Choosing Your Layout below.
Advanced Settings
Click Show Advanced and set the Minimum time â how long the Multiview layout stays on screen before cycling.If an app inside the Multiview has multiple pages, this timer determines how many pages are shown before the screen moves on.
Save
Click Save and add the Multiview app to a Flow or directly to a display.
When using both a Flow and individual apps on the same display, the Multiview App behaves like any other app and follows the same content assignment rules.

Combine Multiview layouts with full-screen apps in the same Flow to keep your audience engaged.
Keep important content on screen longer
To extend the visibility of key information â such as a safety alert or KPI â create multiple Multiview instances with the same app in the same position and cycle them in your Flow.
Choosing your layout
Select a layout based on your screen's physical orientation:
Landscape (horizontal screens, e.g. 16:9)
Optimized for wide displays - choose from layouts with 2, 3, or more zones arranged horizontally.
Portrait (vertical screens, e.g. 9:16)
Optimized for tall displays - choose from layouts with zones arranged vertically.
Valotalive automatically detects your screen's aspect ratio and will try to adapt any layout to fit. However, we strongly recommend selecting a layout designed for your display's orientation for the best visual result.
