How to Activate SSO
Step 1 - Contact Valotalive
Reach out to the Valotalive team to express interest and agree on the setup fee.
Step 2 - SSO Data Tab enabled
The Valotalive team enables the SSO Data tab in your account.
Step 3 - Super Admin accesses SSO settings
Your company's Super Admin can now see the SSO Data page under My Company.
Step 4 - Enter your Identity Provider details
The Super Admin enters the following information from your Identity Provider's Admin console:
Entity ID
Federation Metadata
(obtainable from your Identity Provider's Admin console).
Click Modify to save.
Step 5 - Valotalive provides configuration details
The Valotalive team provides the following details to be added to the SSO Data tab:
App ID URI
Home Page URL
Logout URL
Reply URL
Step 6 - Configure SAML-Based SSO in Your Identity Provider
The Super Admin configures SAML-based SSO for Valotalive in your Identity Provider's Admin console.
Step 7 - Test SSO Logins
Test SSO with 1-3 users before full rollout. Existing Valotalive credentials remain functional during testing.
Step 8 – Full Rollout
Roll out SSO logins to all Valotalive users and disable other login methods.
