To control the content displayed on your Valotalive device, it must be paired with the Valotalive cloud.
There are two pairing methods during device configuration:
Manual Registration: Register the device directly in the Valotalive platform. This process is detailed in this article.
Claiming a Display: Pairing the device with Valotalive using either a smartphone or a computer. Read more here:
Before You Begin:
Make sure your device is compatible with Valotalive.
The Valotalive Player app works on Chrome OS, Windows PCs, and Samsung Tizen SoC displays. Find out more about the requirements and setup for each platform here:
Registering New Players
GO to Displays | New players
If you can't find the tab, contact your company's Super Admin i.e. Organization Administrator, name can be found under My company | Organization.
Choose Method: Select ADD EXISTING PLAYER or ADD MANY EXISTING PLAYERS
Fill in Fields: Provide the following information. All pink fields are mandatory.
Name: Use a descriptive name (e.g., DE Berlin 4th-floor coffee area).
Other Fields: While optional, additional details can aid in management.
Save Changes: Click OK to save your registration.
Additional notes:
Device ID: If managed by Valotalive, a company-specific ID will be added for tracking. Example: [Acme.24.03] where 'Acme' represents the company, '24' is the enrollment year, and '03' is a unique device number."

PIN HERE - What to do if your display asks for a PIN?
If your display is asking for a PIN, you'll need to create one.
Creating a PIN for your display
To add a PIN to your display, follow the steps below:
Register new players: This will create a PIN for your display.

Insert the PIN:
You can use a keyboard or, if you have a Samsung display, a remote control to enter the PIN you created in the Displays | New players tab.
Add Content: Once your display is paired with Valotalive, you can complete the process by adding content to it.
