How Visibility Works in a Flow
A Flow is an automated content playlist. There are three ways to control how often content appears on screen:
Method | Best used for |
Weights | Giving a specific app more or less screen time relative to other content |
Scheduling | Showing content at specific times of day or days of the week - e.g. a lunch menu before and during lunch hour |
Periodic visiblity | Showing content during specific calendar periods - e.g. campaigns or interim reports |
How to adjust content Weights
Login to Valota.live as first steps to manage visibility in a Flow.
Go to Flows
Find and open the Flow you want to adjust
Click the Weight of the app whose weight you want to change
Click Save in the top right corner to apply your changes
All weight changes are relative to the weights of other apps in the same Flow.

Weight options
Setting | Effect |
Very high /High | App appears more frequently on screen |
Normal (default) | App appears at standard frequency |
Low / Very Low | App appears less frequently on screen |
Content is Off | Content is not displayed unless it is the only content available. |
Content must be shown | Overrides all other content in the Flow. When a post is published, it immediately takes over the screen - regardless of other apps' weights. |
No weight | This app is excluded from weight calculations and appears on screen whenever the opportunity arises between other content apps. |
Using the Test Clock
Use the Test Clock tool to preview how your Flow will look at different times - useful for verifying scheduling and weight settings.

and reauthorize the relevant integration. The Reauthorize button is only visible to the app's owner. If you cannot see it, check the Owner field on the app's Information tab. Revoke vs. Reauthorize These are two different actions — use them carefully: Reauthorize – Renews the access token and restores the connection. Use this for routine token renewal or when content has stopped updating. Revoke – Permanently removes the authorization and deletes all apps linked to that account. Only use Revoke if you need to completely disconnect all apps from a specific account.](https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/511991946/953b3f5abcb74e1855fb7daf/Screenshot+2022-05-12+at+14.57.24.png?expires=1789192800&signature=e798d9fcfe97a80462c4243373a0c7770f1c5af6934b3cf16a8795608626bced&req=cSEmH8B%2FlIVZFb4V1XW4gap4iBuNPjvthsMUhmr%2FncUx66fQIUVquyIMb%2FDz%0A13KWQg56xFacgRvp5I7IMlsQJQ%3D%3D%0A)
