Setting up Credit Card Payment in Valotalive

Learn how to add a credit card as your payment method in Valotalive. Credit card is the default payment option. Invoices and billing details are available in My Account | Invoices.

How to activate credit card payment

Credit card is the default payment method in Valotalive. To add your card details:

  1. Go to My account | Account

    Valotalive Dashboard > My account > Account

  2. Locate DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD

  3. Enter your credit card details

πŸ’‘ Note: Some cards may require a local ZIP code during setup.

You can remove your credit card at any time from the same section.


Accepted credit cards

Valotalive accepts the most commonly used credit cards. Check the payment section in your account for the full list of supported cards.


Invoices and billing details

All service details and billing history can be found in My Company | Invoices.


Secure payments powered by Stripe

Valotalive uses Stripe for secure online payments. Stripe supports Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), which applies to customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) under PSD2 regulation (in effect since September 14, 2019).
