Valotalive Flow allows you to automate digital signage content management in many ways. You can set importance of a content with content weight, you can schedule a content with scheduling or periodic visibility.

Valotalive allows you to target workplace communication based on:

✔ location of the displays e.g. site, city, country, ..

✔ audiences, e.g. internal /external and /or office workers, non-desk workers, ....

✔ other company specific needs such as targeting based on Business unit, company hierarchy, etc

Best practice to set up flow structure is to follow the company communication structures. Here are a couple of examples of flow structure combining both the target audiences and locations:

Flows for internal use:

Naming according to the target audience and /or location, and/or use case.

Use numbers (1) or asterisks (*) to put the flow that is used most on top of the list.

List is automatically alphabetical, but you can change the order form the SORT tool.

Once you have flows ready you can assign them to displays and the hierarchy coudl look something like this:

Example of the Valotalive Flow structure

Flows for External communication

Naming according to the target audience and /or location, and/or use case. Use EXTERNAL in the name to emphasize that no Apps with internal contents should be added.

List is automatically alphabetical, but you can change the order form the SORT tool.
