Main features of the Valotalive Happeo App are

✔ choosing which channels to share, targeting the messages to the right audiences.

To get this application activated here’s how to proceed:

Management in Happeo

Login to Happeo and search for System accounts
Create a system account
Create an API key for the system account
Give the correct user rights for the system account, i.e. add the system account as a member to the channels to be shown on the digital displays.

Happeo App - Activate and use

Easiest way for activating a content App is from Valotalive Dashboard. Just click the icon of the content you wish to activate and proceed. More detailed info of the first steps can be found here:

Settings on the Apps' Configuration tab

Authorize Valotalive to fetch contents from Happeo

Fill in the requested information including the Happeo API key
Channels
Start typing the channel name you want to fetch the news from.
Select the channel and confirm with OK.
Article view time
How many seconds each page is shown on the displays

Best practise for the view time is between 8-15 seconds.
Logo

Set/Upload Logo and place it in one of the following locations
1. Main logo: Logo to be shown on the bottom of the view
2. Logo: Logo to be shown on the top of the view
  
  Best practise is to use logo only on one location.
Call to action text to be shown at bottom right corner.
Use [b] to bold parts of the text.
SHOW ADVANCED
1. Posts must be newer than
  You can enter maximum age of the posts, if this app should show only latest posts. This setting defines the age of Happeo posts in general: older posts are deleted from Valotalive.
2. First line of post is the title
  Use this option to separate title from the text in posts. Doesn't affect articles.
3. Hide Markup-links in posts
  Use this option to hide links inside posts
4. Show author
  Show author's name and photo if they are provided with data.
5. News in one show cycle
  Choose how many news should be shown in one show cycle. Min. 1, max. 12
6. Top Logo size
  Size of the top logo, if used.
7. [App] Posts must be newer than
  You can enter maximum age of the posts. This setting overrides the previous generic Happeo API setting.
8. [App] Number of latest posts to follow
  Choose how many of the latest posts should be shown. A large number tends to hide latest posts.
Complete the work by adding the app to a flow or directly to a display.
