Navigate to the Layout tab for the display you want to preview.

The preview will automatically load, showing you the content as it would appear on the screen

- Pause: Stop the content flow to get a closer look at a specific item.
 
- Skip: Move to the next piece of content (e.g., the next post or page).
 
- Advance: Switch to the next running application in the content loop.

Please Note: The preview is an approximation. Some live data may be slightly delayed, and certain content, like videos and apps that require a login (such as Power BI), may not display.

Alternative Preview Tools: My Display or Browser Display

You can use My Display or Browser Display to preview your content. Think of them as a personal, on-demand display right in your browser. ​

My Display is a browser extension for Chrome and Edge users. You can check how content looks on a specific display by using the Preview Tool. This tool gives you a close approximation of the actual display, allowing you to review the content flow.
