To display your LinkedIn company page posts on Valotalive screens, connect your LinkedIn account via My Account, activate the LinkedIn app, and choose your company page name. Valotalive cycles through your most recent posts automatically.
What you need: A LinkedIn account with Admin access to the company page whose posts you want to display. A Valotalive Admin role to configure the integration and activate the app.
What gets displayed
Once configured, Valotalive fetches recent posts from your LinkedIn company page and displays them as a cycling slideshow on your screens. Each post shows:
Company logo and name – pulled automatically from your LinkedIn company page.
Post text – the full text content of the post.
Post image – displayed when the post includes an image.
Post date – shown below the post content.
Only posts from your company page are shown. Personal profile posts are not displayed.
Step 1 – Connect your LinkedIn account
Authentication uses LinkedIn's standard OAuth 2.0 login flow. You will be redirected to LinkedIn to grant Valotalive access to your company page.
Log in to the Valotalive Dashboard.
Go to My Account – Service Integrations – LinkedIn.
Click Authorise. You will be redirected to LinkedIn to log in and grant access.
Log in to LinkedIn with the account that has Admin access to your company page.
Review the permissions Valotalive is requesting and click Allow.
You will be redirected back to Valotalive. The connection is now active.
Admin access required: The LinkedIn account you use to authenticate must have Admin access to the company page you want to display. If you are not an admin of the page, the posts will not be accessible. Ask your LinkedIn company page admin to complete this step.
Step 2 – Activate the LinkedIn app
With the LinkedIn connection in place, activate the app in your Valotalive account.
In the Valotalive Dashboard, go to Apps.
Click New apps and find LinkedIn in the list.
Click Activate.
The app configuration opens. Enter the following settings:

Save the configuration.
Company not showing in the dropdown?
Only LinkedIn company pages where your authenticated account has Admin access will appear in the list. If your page is missing, check that the correct LinkedIn account was used to authorise the connection in Step 1.
Step 3 – Add to a display or Flow
Once the app is configured, add it to a display or Flow using the standard Valotalive process. Posts will begin cycling on your screens immediately.
