Access to the Accident-Free Days counter app you want to manage
Each Accident-Free Days app is managed separately - managers must be added to each counter app individually. This allows Admins to restrict access to only the relevant counters.
How to Add a Manager
Go to Apps and find the correct Accident-Free Days app
Open the app and go to the Configuration tab
Click the green + button to add a new manager
Enter their email address
Click Save
You can add up to 35 managers per counter app.
After saving, each manager receives their own unique management link via email from insights@valota.live. This link gives them direct access to manage that specific counter.
How to Remove a Manager
Go to Apps and open the correct Accident-Free Days app
Go to the Configuration tab
Click the red – button next to the manager you want to remove
Click Save
After saving, the removed manager's access link will immediately stop working.
How to change a Manager's email address
Go to the Configuration tab
Click the red – button to remove the old email address
Click the green + button to add the new email address
Click Save
A new unique management link will be sent to the manager's new email address - the old link will stop working immediately.
💡 This process also works if a manager has lost their access link - simply remove and re-add their email address to generate a new one.
