Flows are automated playlists that can display different types of content. To manage when specific content appears, you can use two methods:

  • Weights: Assign weights to different content to determine how much screen time each piece gets.

  • Periodic Visibility: Schedule specific content to appear and disappear on particular dates and times. This is ideal for time-sensitive content like campaigns or reports.

Implement a calendar-based visibility policy

  1. Navigate to Flows: Find the Flow you want to edit.

  2. Open the Flow: Click on the Flow to open it in edit mode.

  3. Select Content: Choose the specific content you want to schedule by clicking on the app.

  4. Adjust Weight (Outside Scheduled Time): Set the weight for when the content is not actively scheduled. For example, if it's an interim report, you might set it to "Content is off" during non-scheduled periods.

  5. Add Period:

    • Start Date and Time: Set the date and time when the content should start appearing.

    • End Date and Time: Set the date and time when the content should stop appearing.

    • Weight: Set the weight for the content during this scheduled period.

  6. Save Changes: Click "OK" to confirm and save your edits.

Optional: Preview Schedule: To see how your schedule will work, use the TEST CLOCK tool in the top right corner.

Important Note: Remember that the scheduled times will be based on the local time of the display where the Flow is running.
