To have access to the My Content Channel App you need to add the access link as a starting page /home screen to your smartphone.
Open the email with a title "Your access link to _ _ _" sent sent from no-reply@valota.live with your smartphone.
Then follow the iOS /android specific instructions below:
How to add My Content Channel to iOS mobile
Open the access link using your mobile phone's Safari browser
Save the URL (i.e. web address) to your smartphone or a Tablet as a Starting page
Locate Valotalive My Content Channel icon on your home screen and change the name /location according to your preferences
Publish the messages
How to add My Content Channel to android mobile
Open the email coming from no-reply@valota.live from the email in your android smartphone
When you click the link in the email it should open the My Content on your smartphone:
Choose the three (3) dots from the top of the page
Choose Add to Home Screen from the list
Depending on the Android version one or two prompts will appear asking you if you really want to add the app to Home screen?
and /or
Just press ADD in all cases.
Locate Valotalive My Content App icon on your home screen and change the name /location according to your preferences.
And start publishing messages.
