Customize your My Content channel to perfectly match your needs. Our settings let you control which fields are required, optional, visible, or hidden. This simplified, user-friendly interface streamlines the message posting process for your Content managers.

Settings - Customize My Content Channel experience

Under settings you can see and /or alter the following:

1. Theme

View the current theme (set in App settings in the Dashboard)

2. Individual Post Settings

Adjust settings for posts

3. Categorize

Manage categories for the My Content Channel (These changes will be reflected to all content managers using the same channel).

4. API Access

5. Automatic Cleanup

Automatic Cleanup lets you set a maximum post age and/or archive settings in days. This keeps your content fresh and up-to-date.

6. Content Manager Management

Quickly view and re-invite Content managers.

7. List of all My Content /Wall Channels and users

View all your company's My Content and Wall channels, along with their users, for easy management and maintenance.

Post settings - Customize post fields

Tailor your post fields to match your content managers' needs and ensure accurate posting.

  • Media Field: Optional (default) / Required / Disabled and hidden (Hide the field entirely)

  • Title field: Optional (default) / Required / Disabled and Hidden (For PDF- or video-centric channels, consider hiding this field)

  • Post Field: Optional (default) / Required / Disabled and Hidden (For PDF- or video-centric channels, consider hiding this field)

  • Display Time Field: Optional (default) / Required / Disabled and hidden (For video-only channels, this field can be removed)

  • Scheduling: Optional (default) / Required / Require Both Start and End Time (Prevent scheduling posts without both start and end times to avoid outdated content)
