What you can publish:
✔ Messages created with your company's presentation tools (converted to PDF)
✔ New messages created on the go
✔ Pictures
✔ Videos
You'll need a publishing link to get started. This will be sent to you in an email titled "Your access link to _ _ _" coming from no-reply@valota.live.
Create a message using your company's presentation tool
Use your company's presentation tool (like PowerPoint) to design your message.
Keep it concise:
Max 250 characters per page
6-8 pages maximum per presentation
Save the presentation as a PDF
Publish with the My Content Channel
Choose the correct Channel
Select the desired channel from the "My Content" drop-down menu.
Add Media
Drag and drop your PDF or select it using the file picker.
Supported file types are listed within the app.
Note!
If you have video or everything is included in the presentation there is no need to add Text. When Text is added it takes half of the displays content area.
Set the Display time
Set the display time to control how long each page is shown
The default page show time applies unless modified.
Page length can be adjusted in App Settings within the Dashboard.
Schedule Your post
Set start and end dates/times for your post.
Schedule multiple times by adding additional start/end times.
Scheduling your My Content post multiple times
To reschedule a post, add new start and end times.
Click "+ADD" to add each new schedule. You can add as many schedules as needed.
Preview and SEND
Review your post in the preview.
Click "SEND" to publish your message.
NOTE!
Older posts are automatically removed from the show cycle as newer posts are published. The number of visible posts within the show cycle can be configured within the Configuration tab of the particular My Content Channel app.

Select correct channel from My Content
Choose your media
To add power to your message we recommend to add images to all messages.
Images help your audience to notice individual messages and link the text to it's context.
TEXT
Add your message title and body.
DISPLAY TIME
How many seconds one page will be seen.
If the field is not modified length of a page comes from the App's settings.
SCHEDULE
Set the Schedule by selecting the start date and time and /or the end date and time and then click ADD to save this setting.
NOTE!The oldest posts will be removed automatically from the show cycle when newer posts are published. You can set the number of how many posts can be seen on the Configuration tab of the particular My Content Channel app.

Check from the PREVIEW that the post meets your standards, and finalise with SEND
