Screensaver Overlay is a free add on service that makes it possible for you to interact with a web page on your screen. As long as you have a mouse connected or touch screen abilities, users will be able to click on screen to activate the screensaver and bring up the web page you have assigned. They'll then be able to interact with that page.

✔ SSL required and supported, only websites using SSL are supported i.e. URL beginning with https://
Activate the Screensaver Overlay (add on service) from your Valotalive dashboard:
Click 'shop' in the lefthand menu
Scroll to 'Subscriptions - Add on services'
Locate 'Screensaver Overlay (Free)' and subscribe to the add on
Setup your overlay app:
Click 'apps' in the lefthand menu
Click 'New overlay app'
Locate the Screensaver Overlay and click 'choose this app
Then set up the app by adding your URL (follow the requirements above) and we suggest renaming the app in a descriptive manner so it's easy for you to find in the next steps. Don't forget to press save:
Add the Overlay App to a selected display(s)
Navigate to Displays > Overlay Apps
Click eitheran individual Display to choose a specific Display
or
a tag (ie. country, city) to choose multiple Displays.
The selected Displays will have orange borders as shown in the image below.
Activate your Overlay App
Once you have selected your Displays, choose your Overlay App from the drop-down menu.
Click SET OVERLAY APP TO SELECTED _ _ DISPLAYS to activate your Overlay App.
Your selected Display "boxes" will be fully orange after selecting and setting the Overlay App to your Displays. The Screensaver overlay will then be active on the display(s) you selected.
