MS Planner is a great tool to track project progress, focus on Priority tasks, keep the finish line in sight by tracking deadlines, and show specific team tasks. With filtered views you can prioritize what is important to the team on your digital signage.

Planner is not supported on Samsung Tizen 6.5
MS Planner App - Activate and use
Easiest way to activate a content App is from Valotalive Dashboard. Just click the icon of the content you wish to activate and proceed. More detailed info of the first steps can be found here:

Choose what plan to display
Choose what content to show from the drop-down tools.

Use all buckets
If you select 'no' you'll be able to specify which buckets to show

Group tasks by
this allows you to filter the view in a way that works best for you:
Scroll to show all tasks
This will auto scroll to show tasks if your bucket lists are long
Choose a preferred layout for buckets
You can choose automatic, one row, two rows, or three rows.
3. Show advanced
Here you'll find the View Time setting in seconds. Default is 10 seconds and the lowest limit is 4 seconds.
4. Rename the App
You can rename the app at any time by clicking the name on top of the page.
The best practice is to name the App to match the selected data source, in this case the name of the Plan or Project you are displaying from.
Complete the work by adding the app to a flow or directly to a display.
