Why Is My Digital Tier Board Not Working?

Troubleshoot the most common issues with the Valotalive Digital Tier Board — including content not loading, apps not responding, and status update questions.

The Power BI app is not loading and part of the screen is empty

  1. Wait a moment — a slower network connection can delay the load

  2. If it still does not load, reauthorize the Power BI integration:


Can I change a red status back to green directly on the screen?

Yes — a Team Lead can tap the screen during the huddle to update the status. This is the core of Active Performance Management.

By default, only the current day can be updated. Previous days cannot be changed unless configured otherwise in the app settings.


The tab names are overlapping

Use shorter tab names to keep the interface clean and easy to navigate.

Contact support@valota.live or use the live chat in the Valotalive Dashboard and include:

  • The App ID from the app's Information tab

  • Any error messages you received (written or screenshot)
