How to cancel your Valotalive subscription
Cancelling your Valotalive subscription is done by contacting the Customer Success team directly — by email or via the in-app chat in your Valotalive Dashboard. Cancellations cannot be processed through the Dashboard alone.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current invoicing period. Your displays remain active and you retain full access to the service and your content until that date.
To cancel your monthly subscription:
Contact the Customer Success team at support@valota.live or via the in-app chat in your Dashboard
Include your company name, account email, and the subscription(s) you wish to cancel
The Customer Success team will confirm your cancellation in writing
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions renew automatically on your co-renewal date — the date 12 months from your first order. To prevent automatic renewal, you must notify the Customer Success team at least 30 days before your co-renewal date.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before the co-renewal date may not take effect until the following renewal period.
To cancel your annual subscription:
Check your co-renewal date — if unsure, contact the Customer Success team to confirm
Submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before the co-renewal date
Contact us at support@valota.live or via the in-app chat in your Dashboard
Include your company name, account email, and the subscription(s) you wish to cancel
The Customer Success team will confirm your cancellation in writing — keep this for your records
What happens after cancellation
Your displays remain active and you retain full access to the service and content until the end of the current invoicing period
After the subscription ends, displays will stop showing content
Note on automatic renewal
Disabling automatic renewal in the Dashboard does not constitute a formal cancellation of your subscription agreement. To formally terminate your subscription, you must contact the Customer Success team as described above.
