How to manage your Account Settings in Valotalive

Learn what account changes you can make yourself in the Valotalive Dashboard — including your name, password, and favorites settings.

What You can change

  1. Your Name

    You can update both your first and last name directly in your account settings.

    Need to change your email address? Email changes are handled by the Valotalive support team — contact support@valota.live

    Need to change the email for My Content Channel?
    Find the My Content Channel app under Apps, remove the old email address, and add the new one in the Configuration tab.

  2. Your Password


    You can change your Valotalive Dashboard password directly in your account settings: My account / Account

    Using SSO? Password changes are managed through your company's Identity Management Platform - not Valotalive.

  3. Default Hearts for Favorites

    Adjust the default number of hearts assigned to items you create.

Go to My Account → Account to access all of the above settings.
