NOTE! Do not Sign in to the Chrome OS device before, during or after the enrollment.
Valotalive prerequisites for Chrome OS devices using Valotalive Kiosk App:
Chrome Enterprise Upgrade licenses for the media player to be enrolled
G Suite IDs for admin.google.com login and management
Policies set up accordingly in the admin.google.com

Initial Setup Steps to prepare the Chrome OS device
Connect the Display, Keyboard, and Mouse to the Chrome box.
Ensure Internet connection (Wi-Fi or LAN).
Power on the device.
Follow the on-screen prompts: Select [Get started] then [Continue] and accept the Google Chrome OS Terms.
Wait for the Chrome OS device to automatically update.
On the "Choose your Chromebox's setup" screen, select "For work" and "Next"
Do not log in!
Perform Enterprise Enrolment
Select "Enroll the device." Finish the process by supplying your enrollment credentials (usually a username, password, and often a 2FA verification)
Providing the credentials instructs the Chrome OS device to download the corporate settings and the Valotalive Kiosk App from the Chrome web store.
Do not login to the Chrome OS device.
Pair the Chrome OS device with your company's Valotalive services
Login to Valotalive Admin dashboard (dashboard.valota.live) with another PC at valota.live site.
There are two alternative ways for pairing:
Claim by using the PIN in the screen
Claim a display process can be done using the PIN that can be seen on the Display
Go to DISPLAYS and there
Claim a Display page
NOTE! By moving the mouse, attached to the Chrome OS device, makes the screen change to the "PIN here window".
Couple of minutes wait changes the screen back to the 8 digit PIN that can be added to the Claim a Display tool.

If your Display states PIN here add the previously created PIN.
Learn how to create a PIN if you don't have one already:
Register your Chrome OS device as a Valotalive Display (media player)
Create the player information first at the DISPLAYS | New Players page.
Once the name, location and other specs have been entered, you can click to open the PIN right next to the Display name (little green box)
Enrollment Done
Complete the work by adding a content app to a flow or directly to a display.
