My Content Touch is an application that makes it possible to interact with the content (My Content posts) on the screen. The interaction can be done using touch screen or mouse.
There can be a Flow running on Displays as normal. The My Content Touch App is ready “behind the scenes”, when activated.
The Flow can then be interrupted with a click of a mouse or by a touch gesture. My Content posts from the selected channels will appear on the screen. The user can then click on single posts to read the news at one's own pace.
The Components of the My Content Touch Solution
My Content Touch Solution consists of three components:
Overlay Screensaver Application
NOTE!
My Content Embed is an add-on service and is not included in the Awesome or Starter Subscriptions.
Prerequisite
Your company is using one or more My Content Channels for communication purposes.
Activate the My Content Touch Solution
Activate as many My Content Channel(s) as needed

(Here you will find more detailed instructions on how to activate the My Content Embed )a) Click New embedded app to activate My Content Embed
b) Once the My Content Embed App is activated, choose the App's actions tab on the left hand side
c) Click Copy the link
Activate Overlay Screensaver
a) Click New Overlay App and activate Screensaver
b) Name your App and copy and paste the url link in its place
c) Save your App
Add Overlay App (only Valotalive Super Admin can do this) to a Display
a) Navigate to Displays and click Overlay Apps
b) Choose your App from the drop down menu
c) Choose the Displays to add the App by clicking a single Display or a group of Displays
--> Color change indicates that the Displays have been chosen, see picture below:
d) Click the Set Overlay Apps button to turn the feature on

5. You have now completed all the steps, My Content Touch Solution is ready to use.
