Pairing code is not showing
Refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear, check that the device has an active internet connection and that Valotalive domains are not blocked by a firewall. Try connecting to a mobile hotspot or guest Wi-Fi to rule out corporate network restrictions. See the Network Requirements article for required domains and ports.
Content is not appearing after claiming the display
Go to the Valotalive Dashboard and confirm a Flow is assigned to the display. After assigning, wait up to 2 minutes for content to appear. If nothing shows, reload the display.
Additionally, if a My Content Channel app is assigned to the display, ensure there is content uploaded.
