Valotalive

The Display can use HDMI, HMDI 2, DVI etc. as a source for connecting the media player and the screen. Typically the media player is connected with HDMI to the Display. If somebody has changed the source from HDMI to DVI as an example, there won’t be any content on, just a black screen in most cases.

If you can see just a black screen, check if the Display source has changed.
