Your screen is completely black:
Display power:
Check that the screen and device are turned on and running, and the cables are attached completely.
Network connection:
Check that the device is connected to the network, and test connecting the media player to another network (Guest/Visitor WiFi or a mobile hotspot) temporarily.
Display source and settings:
Check that the display is set to the correct source (for example, HDMI 1)
Check that the display has sleep mode turned off.
There is a Valotalive logo on the screen
Content:
Check that there is content added to the display in Valotalive?
Reauthorizing the app(s) via https://dashboard.valota.live/#account_integrations
Authorizations are user specific, so this needs to be done by the owner of the app in question
If there are apps added to the display, check that there is content in the app
