Display and Connection Status Checks

Before troubleshooting, confirm your display and network connection are working as expected with these quick checks.

What to Check First

Is the display online?

Go to the Displays tab and check the status icon next to your display's name:

  • Green = online

  • Red = offline

If it shows Offline, proceed to the connection checks below.

Physical checks

  • Confirm the screen is powered on

  • Check all cables are firmly connected (power and HDMI)

  • Confirm the media player is powered on and connected to the screen

Network checks

  • Confirm the device has an active internet connection

  • Test by connecting to a guest Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot to rule out network restrictions


Reboot the Media Player

If the Display is offline, try first to reboot the Media Player.

If the issue persists, ensure the device is connected to an active network:
