Step 1 – Reauthorize the integration
Expired access tokens are one of the most common causes of content failure. Reauthorizing the integration is a quick fix worth trying as one of the first moves.
Find the relevant integration and click Reauthorize
⚠️ Do not click Revoke unless absolutely necessary. Revoking will delete all apps linked to that integration.
Step 2 - Allow time for content to update
Some integrations take up to 15–30 minutes to fetch and update content. Additionally, the Flow must complete its current cycle, showing all existing post, before new content becomes visible on screen.
Step 2 - Perform a Hard reload
A hard reload clears the display cache and forces the device to fetch the latest content.
Go to Displays and open the display
Go to the Remote control tab
Click Hard reload
Step 4 – Check Entra ID Permissions
If reauthorization does not resolve the issue, check that the correct permissions are in place in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD):
Confirm the Valotalive app for Microsoft app is on the approved list in Entra ID
Confirm your user account has the necessary permissions
