Select the Accident Free Days icon and click + Create New.

Name your app: Click the pencil icon to name it. ​Use a descriptive name, like site or workstation name & what this is all about

💡 Tip: If "Show Title" is enabled on your display, this name will appear at the top of the screen.

Theme: Select your company theme or a general preset to set colors and fonts.

Worksite name:

The name of the facility as it should appear on screen.

Worksite start date:

Enter the date your safety count begins (past, present, or future).

⚠️ Important: This is a one-time setup. Once the app is live, all future resets must be handled via the Mobile Management App to ensure accurate long-term reporting.

Text under the counter:

Customize the label e.g., "days since recordable / days without accidents". Max 24 characters.

Email Addresses:

Add up to 25 managers using their personal email addresses.

Upon clicking SAVE ALL, each manager will receive a personal management link from insights@valota.live.

Background color: Set a unique color for the mobile management tool—useful if you manage multiple sites.

Show last accident date and description on display (Yes/No)
A free-text field to label your most recent record. Limit: 24 characters.

Type a descriptive topic for your latest incident (optional)
​Free text field, max 24 characters (see example image above).

The setting determines the title under which the details and date of the last accident are displayed. See an example below: "Latest accidents" is the title. Under the title is the most recent entry.

Mark holidays and weekends automatically into the calendar (Yes/No)
With this setting, you can apply the counting to actual working days by excluding all weekends and/or (Finnish) church holidays. These exceptions can be done via the Mobile App as well.

Date format

Choose how the date appears on your screens. Options include DD.MM.YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.

Logo for screen

Upload your company logo to appear in the bottom-right corner.

Language
​Choose between English or Finnish.

Duration
Set how many seconds the app stays on screen during a loop.
