Prerequisites
An active Microsoft 365 account with access to Excel files stored in OneDrive or SharePoint
How to activate the M365 Excel App
Go to the Valotalive Dashboard and click New App
Find the M365 Excel App and click Create New

Configuration
Theme
Select a theme to set the background color. All other colors are sourced directly from your Excel file.
Authorize with OAuth2
Authenticate Valotalive with your Microsoft account.
If prompted with "Need admin approval?", see:
Select your Excel file
Use the file picker to select the Excel file you want to display.
Choose What to Display
Set the Data Range
Specify the data range. Use A1 notation:
[SheetName]![top left corner]:[bottom right corner]. Default range:A1:Z24(first 24 rows of the first visible sheet)Example: To show cells A1 to C10 on a sheet named Sheet1, enter
Sheet1!A1:C10⚠️ Important:
All column letters must be in capitals
The sheet name in the settings must exactly match the name in your Excel file. For example, if your sheet is named Tabelle1, use
Tabelle1!A1:C10— notSheet1!A1:C10
Cell border color
If your theme has a light background, select a darker border color for better visibility.
Duration
Set how many seconds each page or data view is displayed on screen.
