The Valotalive SharePoint app automatically displays your Microsoft SharePoint Online News posts on digital signage. Apply the same filters you already use in SharePoint to control which posts appear and target specific audiences.
How filtering works
The Valotalive SharePoint app follows your existing SharePoint filtering rules. Common filters include:
News Type
Audience
Translation Language
Filters are applied when a SharePoint post is tagged with the matching values and filtering is activated in the Valotalive SharePoint app configuration.
Note: All filters are case sensitive.
This video shows how to add filters in the Valotalive SharePoint app settings:
Example of how filters appear on a tagged SharePoint post as SharePoint post specific column values are applied.
